You earn loyalty points every time you make a purchase on our website. As you collect points, you move up through our loyalty stages and unlock greater rewards and exclusive benefits.

Yes, all loyalty points are valid for 3 months from the date they’re earned. Be sure to use them or continue earning before they expire. A reminder email will be sent 7 days before the expiry date to your registered email address.

Your loyalty stage may move down if you’re inactive for a period or if points expire. However, you can always earn points again to move back up.

When you regain a stage, you’ll receive all the associated benefits such as discounts or access. Harvest-stage free gifts can be claimed only once. If the gift has already been claimed, it won’t be issued again. If it was not claimed before the downgrade, it can still be claimed upon regaining the stage.

Grayn Circle is an elite, limited-access tier reserved for the first 12 buyers of each collection.

Membership remains active until the next collection launches. With every new collection, Grayn Circle resets, and the first 12 buyers of that collection become the new members.
