Nidhi: The Mind Behind Grayn
I didn’t come from fashion. I came from curiosity.
From touching fabrics without knowing their names, from studying stitches more than trends, and from realising how often we choose clothes that look good but don’t feel like us.
Grayn began quietly, in the middle of everyday life, not in a studio. It came from wanting pieces that didn’t overwhelm, that didn’t ask for an occasion, that simply moved with me. Pieces that felt soft, honest, and lived-in, the way grain feels in your hands: raw, grounding, and familiar.
Every silhouette in Grayn is something I would reach for on days when I want comfort, on days I need confidence, and on days when I want to feel more like myself. I design slowly, obsessively, and with the same questions every time: Will this breathe? Will this last? Will she feel at ease in it?
