Return & Refund Policy

If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging are intact

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Items not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Accessories (if applicable)


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure the original tag is intact on the product.

  2. Go to My Account

  3. Click on Orders

  4. Select the relevant Order ID

  5. Click ‘Return’ and submit the request.


3. Refunds

  • Refund to original payment mode.
  • In case of a return, shipping charges paid on the order are non-refundable. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection as per our return policy, the refund will be processed for the product value only, excluding shipping charges (if applicable).


4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please ensure the original tag is intact and follow the same return process through My Account → Orders → Order ID → Return.
